Sharing a Family Tradition

During the week of December 13th thru December 17th each student in room 11 will have the opportunity to share a special holiday family tradition. Your first grader __________________ will be presenting his/her tradition on ____________________________. Some ideas are: making ornaments, baking cookies, hanging stockings, writing to Santa, singing songs, lighting candles, eating special foods, and so on! Please make sure your child is prepared and ready to begin sharing the tradition- bringing something to look at or taste is always much more fun and helpful too. And if you would like to come in and share the tradition along with your child… we would love that! I have attached a little guide that may help with formatting the presentation, so your child can practice at home and he/she feels ready to go. These papers can be used during the presentation. * Can you please help me prepare for our traditions by filling out the this form and returning it by Friday, December 10th?
